FAQ
What's your minimum delivery?+
100 gallons per stop. Many routes combine multiple stops, so smaller per-vehicle quantities work fine inside a fleet fill.
How do I know the gallons I was billed for are accurate?+
Every delivery generates a ticket with meter-verified gallons, timestamp, driver, and a signed/photo proof. You see it in your portal the same day.
How does pricing work?+
Sell price = OPIS Port Everglades rack + our published markup percentage per fuel type. Surge tiers add a transparent per-gallon surcharge for priority or after-hours dispatch.
What payment terms do you offer?+
Due-on-receipt by default. Net 15 and Net 30 available after credit review for established accounts.
Do you fuel during hurricane warnings?+
Yes — we run a hurricane-prep schedule and prioritize generator and estate accounts. We do pause when bands hit and resume as soon as it's safe.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. Florida-licensed petroleum carrier, NFPA 30A compliant, DOT and FMSCA registered, EPA-compliant equipment, $5M general liability.
Can I have multiple users on one account?+
Yes. Owners and managers can invite team members from the portal. Roles control who can order, who can view invoices, and who can change locations.
